How to prepare Perfect South Indian filter coffee?
Find the tips to prepare perfect tasty Nathan filter coffee
Ingredients (For Two Person)

For Decoction:- 150 ml water, 2 tablespoons of Nathans Spl coffee powder
For Coffee:- 250 ml milk, 3 tablespoons sugar


Instructions (For Two Person)

1. Take a coffee filter vessel.
2. Add in 2 tablespoons of Nathans Spl coffee powder
3. Boil 150 ml of water and pour 75ml slowly into the top vessel.
After 5 minutes pour remaining hot water into the top vessel.
4. Cover with the lid and live it for 10 minutes without disturbing.
5. Pour the decoction in 2 cups equally.
6. Add 3 or 4 tablespoons of sugar or adjust to your sweetness.
7. Pour hot boiling milk, separating cream. Adjust the quantity of milk-based on strong you prefer.
8. Mix to dissolve sugar and serve hot Filter Coffee.

Tips:-

* Don't disturb like shaking coffee filter vessel at the time of brewing, as the coffee powder may spill into the decoction
which will change the taste of the coffee.
* Boil 150 ml water for 5 minutes (not more than 5 minutes)
and pour it into a coffee filter vessel as explained in step 3.
* For Chicory blended Coffee, add water 30ml to 40ml on top of 150ml water for brewing.

Note:-

* Nathan Coffee without sugar also tastes extraordinary.
* Above instructions are for both spl and house blend.
* Keep coffee powder in a tightly closed container.
