How to prepare Perfect South Indian filter coffee?

Ingredients (For Two Person)

For Decoction:- 150 ml water, 2 tablespoons of Nathans coffee powder
For Coffee:- 250 ml milk, 3 tablespoons sugar

Instructions (For Two Person)

1. Take a coffee filter vessel.
2. Add in 2 tablespoons of Nathans Spl coffee powder
3. Boil 150 ml of water and pour 75ml slowly into the top vessel. After 5 minutes pour remaining hot water into the top cup of the vessel.
4. Cover with the lid and let it brew for 10 minutes without disturbing.
5. Once the decoction is filtered into the bottom cup of the vessel, pour it into 2 cups equally.
6. Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of sugar or adjust to your sweetness.
7. Pour hot boiling milk, separating cream. Adjust the quantity of milk-based on how strong you prefer your coffee taste.
8. Mix to dissolve sugar and serve hot Filter Coffee.

Tips:-
* Don't disturb like shaking coffee filter vessel at the time of brewing, as the coffee powder may spill into the decoction, which will change the taste of the coffee.
* Use boiling water and pour it into a coffee filter vessel as explained in step 3.
* Adjust the water quantity to suit your taste, aroma and consistency preferences
Note:-
* Nathan Coffee tastes extraordinary as black coffee, without sugar. And it tastes incredible as a "vara coffee" with slightly watered version and sugar, without any milk.
