ONLINE ORDER AND PICKUP

Customers opting for pickup will be notified via email or SMS when their order is ready for collection.

Pickup location and hours of operation will be clearly communicated on the website and in confirmation communications.

Typically orders which are placed between 12 a.m.  - 6.00 p.m.  on a business day will be ready within 24 hours at maximum from the time of order. Most of the time your orders will be ready for pickup earlier than 24 hours.

Note: There might be exceptional situations like weather conditions which may cause delay in order to be ready.

Pickup timings are between 10.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. on all 7 days of the week. Only on Sundays the pickup service is subject to availability.

Divine Buy is committed to environmental sustainability and reducing single-use plastics. The BYOB policy encourages customers to bring their own reusable bags when shopping. But for orders over or at $50 we provide a complimentary reusable bag.
